Delete Your ACTIV Partner Account
To permanently delete your ACTIV Partner account and associated data:
Open the ACTIV Partner app.
Go to Menu → Settings.
Tap “Delete Account”.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted: your partner profile, venue listings, and account credentials.
What may be retained: transaction/payout records required for financial and tax compliance, retained as required by applicable law.
